Birdie Delight 4 cups boiled and mashed pumpkin or canned pumpkin 2 cups cream of wheat (uncooked) 2 cups grits(uncooked) 1 cups oatmeal(uncooked) 1/2 cups dices apples 1/2 cup grated carrots 1 egg (shell too) 2 tbs baking powder 2 tbs cinnamon 1/2 cups raisins 1/2 cups sugar 1 tbs veg oil Adjust consistency with applesauce, water, or grits. Spoon into cupcake paper lined muffin tins and bake 20-35 minutes at 400 degrees. Most important is using your imagination.
